G1 : is a name in arabic that is called to a the most precious and best kind of pearls, but some people say that it is originally an english name that is summerizes the word ( Grade one )
U.A.E : is the name of the country I belong to which make me feel the pride to be a part of it
G1 says:
(( I choose " G1 " as a name to represent me because of the similarity between the pearls and the photographs while both reflects the colors
In the past time our incestors used to call the photographs " al aks " which is the reflection in english , and the photographer is " al akas " a reflector ))
She entered the photography field since 2003 . She loved it so much , so she tried to improve her skills in some ways
By reading Photography books and magazines, and communicating with many photographers through some speciallized websites
She participated in several Photography Workshops in "The Emirates photography society " in Sharjah which was
" Another World Photography Workshop" 2008
" Birds Photography Workshop" 2008
" Nature Conversation Exhibition " in "The Emirates photography society " in Sharjah , February 2009
She competed in the following competitions
- The Third session of " The Emirates Photography Competition 2008" as a result 1 of her 10 photographs was selected to be shown in the competition catelouge
-" Aks Television Photography Competetion" that was sponsered by Sama Dubai Television
She have won the First prize in " The Hunting Photography Competetion" which was held during " Abu Dhabi Hunting and Equastrian Exhibition 2008" Three of her photographs she have sent was choosen to be shown in the Competetion Gallery
She had a prize in the " Traditional Clothes competition" during " Abu Dhabi Hunting and Equastrian Exhibition 2008" too
She won the 4th prize in Horse Photography Competition 2009 " Abudhabi Arabian Horse International Championship". The photo was shown in the Competetion Exhibition.
She also won the 2nd prize in "Al Gharbia" photography competiton in the wild life category.
G1 Hobbies
Beside Photography which takes most of her time and concern she love reading Books, writing, interior and fashion designing, and writing poems in arabic mostly
She also love knowing about other cultures and learn more about their traditions where this thing made her learn German language besides English
Certificates of appreciation
A certificate from " Zayed Global Environmental Prize" and that was for spreading Environmental knowledge and awareness
A certificate for contributing in the success of the second school festival for the year 2004-2005 and that is for the leadring personality
